3. Appointments and Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. While we strive to be punctual, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or emergency jobs. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [cash, check, credit card, etc.]. Late payments may incur a fee of 25%.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

We stand behind our workmanship and offer a 90-day warranty on labor. Manufacturer warranties may apply to parts and materials. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or issues beyond our control.
